Winter holidays on Kola Peninsula. If you have always dreamed to celebrate the New year away from the city rush and pre - holiday excitement, please note on this trip. You stay in a cozy house in a small village in the depths of the Kola Peninsula and relax, studying the cuisine and traditions of the local people

30 December
Route to the village of krasnoshchel'ye
You will be met at the railway station of Olenegorsk or at Murmansk airport and transfer to the village of Lovozero.
After lunch you will change into a gear, pass coaching, will be accommodated in a sleigh behind a snowmobile and go to the village of krasnoshchel'ye (5-6 hours).
On arrival you will be accommodated in the guest house, have dinner and be able to go to the bath. |
Day 2

December 31, New year
After Breakfast you will go for a walk in the surroundings of the village.
Visit the School of Orthodoxy, constructed the Church of St. Seraphim of Sarov and the regional area of the local school.
After lunch you will have bath.
If you want, you will be able to participate in the preparation: bring firewood for firewood furnaces and will help to bring sleds snowmobile water from the hole.
After — warm up with birch and juniper twigs and swim in the snow after sauna.
At 22:00 will start gala dinner in kuvaksa a small tent, a typical dwelling of the Saami.
In national costumes you are going to stay around the fire on reindeer skins and are going to make a wish.

anuary 1, Fishing and picnic in the woods
Today after a late Breakfast you will go ice fishing for perch.
Then you will find a forest picnic: you try kebabs venison and fish on the coals, and will play in the national games.
In the evening you will be treated to a festive dinner in kovacsa. |

January 2, Familiarity with reindeer
To your home will give the top three pulled by reindeer, with which you can be photographed in national costumes and ride over frozen swamps in the sled with musher — honorary herder Vasily Kanev.
After talking with the deer you are waiting for the national competitions — the throwing of the lasso, jumping over sleds, wrestling and tug of war.
For lunch you will taste the dishes of national cuisine.
And in the evening view a performance of the folklore group and go to the fair of folk art products.
Also you will go on a tour in a typical house in Komi Republic and visit the "pancake" sitting on the hearth in kovacsa.

January 3, homecoming
After Breakfast, pack and equipment you will travel in a sled behind a snowmobile back to Lovozero village.
There it will be possible to visit the Museum and purchase Souvenirs and furs, smoked venison.
Then you will return to Murmansk, or Olenegorsk, where will go home. |

Accommodation during the trip
You will live in the guest house located on the outskirts of the village of krasnoshchel'ye, surrounded by pine forests.
This is a typical village hut, clean and cozy, heated by the oven.
The toilet is outside, a wash basin with warm water in the house.
Bath is heated 2-3 times per trip.
Electricity is available from 6 am to 12 midnight.
During holidays, electricity is not turned off.
The house has a shared living room and three bedrooms: one with two large beds and one double Decker and the other two have two bunk beds
Additionally, for guests there are two separate rooms in the adjacent building (150 m from the main house).
Each room has one king bed and one bunk.
