Spas-on-the-Blood was created on the basis of an unusual engineering solution, which was influenced by its location on the bank of the canal. To ensure that the canal water does not penetrate the building, here, when strengthening the soil, the use of piles was abandoned. For the first time in urban planning, a concrete base was erected beneath all the area of ​​the building.
