Sightseeing tour across Kaliningrad

Tour starts at 14:00.  Please gather at hotel Kaliningrad (Leninsky Prospekt 81)

Your attention will be presented:  fishing village  – styled architecture of pre-war königsberg architectural complex;  the king's gate  (external examination) – one of seven surviving city gates in Kaliningrad.  Gate built in pseudo Gothic style and looks like a little castle.

Also You will see several construction components of the 2nd line of fortifications, built in the middle of  the XIX  century in neo-Gothic style: Brandenburgskiy, Frydlantska gate.  On the external review of the Cathedral will conclude our tour.

Saturday, Curonian spit

Tour starts at 11:00.  Please gather at hotel Kaliningrad (Leninsky Prospekt 81)

During the tour You will learn about the processes of formation of the Spit, about settling the Braids with the Prussians, the Curonians, their traditions, beliefs, rituals.  Get acquainted with the life of fishing villages, learn about a man's struggle with the moving Sands.  Climbed one of the highest dunes in Europe – EFA, You will be able to see the expanse of the Curonian lagoon and the waves of the Baltic sea at the same time.
You will walk through the "Forest Dancing” is still not solved natural anomaly.  The trunks of the trees in the forest bent in a most peculiar way.

From April to October, the tour includes a visit to the ornithological station of banding birds in the winter – the Museum of the NP "Kurshskaya Kosa”.

Sunday, Svetlogorsk/Amber

Amber/ Svetlogorsk

Tour starts at 11:00  Amber — Svetlogorsk.  Please gather at hotel Kaliningrad (Leninsky Prospekt 81).

Walk in Svetlogorsk and  familiarity with the village of Amber, a place where 90% of world reserves of amber.  According to one version of the famous "Amber room"  flooded the mine Anna.  Optional – visit to the Museum mill and the lookout pit.  On the lookout: a mini-quarry with amber, amber pyramid, photos in knightly armor.  Transfer  in the city-resort Svetlogorsk.  The history of the development of the resort city, visit the places of interest and rest on the sea Route: the Organ hall in Svetlogorsk in the restored chapel is a natural arboretum and the pedestrian walk in the center of Svetlogorsk
